What is your role at AIRBORNE TAMPA?
“I work in stores. I am one of the shippers in the shipping department.”

How long have you worked at AIRBORNE TAMPA?
“I have worked here at Airborne for three years come this September. I started out as an Indirect hire and soon became a direct hire. I have worked as a storekeeper and then soon became a lead storekeeper. Now I am working in Shipping and learning new things every day!”

What interest you / how did you get started in aviation?
“I started Aviation because of my cousin. She had a role here at Airborne and advised me to apply, and from there I started my work in aviation.”

Do you remember your first flight? Tell us about it.
“My first flight was on Allegiant out of Sanford-Orlando International Airport. I was Heading to Bismarck International Airport to see my Dad in Hazen, North Dakota.”

What’s your favorite vacation or travel spot?
“My favorite place to travel and visit would be North Dakota. Many don’t know, but there are amazing sites there to see. Like the Bad Lands!”

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
“My Superpower would be to control time. I have so many goals for myself that I want to accomplish in a short amount of time and if I had the ability to control time, they would all be easy to accomplish in that set amount of time.”

What did you want to be when you grew up?
“I wanted to be a detective and solve murder cases.”

What do you like to do outside of work (hobbies, etc.)?
“I like to work on cars in my spare time, fish, and hangout with friends and family, and be a professional student! I would have to say, school has become a hobby, as I love to learn new things!”

What would you tell others interested in working at AIRBORNE TAMPA; interested in aviation?
“It is a great experience. In my three years, I have been able to learn a lot about aircrafts that I did not know prior to this opportunity here at Airborne.”
