Jeff Becker, General Manager
Jeff brings a background of Engineering, Quality, Training, and Component Repair and Overhaul to add value to the Tampa team. Jeff’s most recent role with Airborne Maintenance and Engineering Services in Wilmington was Director, Component Repair/Overhaul and Manufacturing. He previously served as Director, Quality Assurance and Training. His tenure in Wilmington began in 1991, holding key leadership roles across the maintenance and engineering activities of ABX Air. He led the engineering activities of the initial ABX Air B767PC, passenger-to-freighter conversion STC. Jeff has a bachelor’s degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a MBA from Xavier University.

Ernie Kiss, Vice President of Quality and Safety
As Vice President of Quality and Safety, Ernie Kiss maintains the quality and compliance of the facility and ensures regulatory requirements are met or exceeded. Over his 35 years in the aviation industry, he has worked in airline, general aviation, and corporate aviation maintenance organizations. Ernie has served as technician, lead, inspector, manager, and director across the industry with companies such as Atlantic Southeast Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Eastern Airlines, AAR Corporation, and AAR Landing Gear Services. He holds associate degrees and certificates in business and finance, is a certified quality auditor, certified aviation maintenance instructor, human factors instructor, and holds an A&P mechanics certificate.

Mike Andrews, Director of Conversion Programs
With over 20 years of experience, Director of Conversion Programs Mike Andrews is responsible for expanding Pemco’s conversion business while working closing with customers to provide a quality product and post-delivery support. He joined Pemco in 1988 as an A&P mechanic and worked his way up to become Cargo Conversion Supervisor in 1998. After a brief hiatus, Mike rejoined the company in 2006 as manager of cargo conversion and was appointed director in 2015. He has a bachelor’s degree in business management and is a certified AMT.

Victor Burnett, Director of Engineering
Victor Burnett started his aviation career with the U.S. Navy in 1983 as an aviation electricians mate. He received an associate’s degree from Jefferson State College in 1982 and earned a bachelor’s degree from Charter Oak State College in 2003. Victor has a FAA mechanics airframe license and FCC electronics license. In addition, he is a FAA designated engineering representative (FAA DER) with engineering delegation authority in airframe structures. Victor joined Pemco in 1998 and has served in various capacities including the military aircraft program and, more recently, with the commercial aircraft MRO and the cargo door conversions. He was promoted to director of engineering in 2014.

Jorge Diaz, Director of Continuous Improvement and Training
In his role, Jorge improves organizational processes by increasing efficiency in every aspect of conversion programming. He analyzes roles, workflows, and low value-activities to develop recommendations and map out solutions. He then communicates this to all levels of the company through the extensive employee training modules that all employees participate in as FAA Gold Rated facility. Jorge has 40 years of experience in aviation including 29 years with Delta Air Lines in maintenance and started his career with Pemco in 2008.

Colleen Quinn, Director of Human Resources
Colleen Quinn joined Pemco in 2010 as Manager of Human Resources. In 2015, she became Director of Human Resources, overseeing all aspects of compensation, benefits, policies and procedures, internal communications and leadership development. Colleen brings 30 years of experience to Pemco, 16 of those in the aviation industry. She has held various leadership roles ranging from Human Resource Manager to Director with AAR Corporation, TUI Marine and Pemco.

Justin Johnson, Director of Materials
Justin Johnson graduated from the University of Alabama and joined the Pemco Materials & Warehouse Division in 2006. In 2007, he was promoted to Materials Supervisor for conversions at our China modification facility and in 2008 was the team lead to open the Tampa facility. Over his tenure, Justin has held virtually every position within the supply chain department culminating with his appointment as director of materials in 2012. Justin is responsible for policies, procedures and personnel involved with the material control, warehouse and purchasing groups.

Jane C. Marlow, Director of Project Management
Jane Marlow has over 20 years of experience in finance with an emphasis on cash management, financial analysis, investor relations and operations. In addition, Jane has had international business involvement throughout her career in various areas of banking and operations in several European, Middle East, South Pacific, South American and Central American countries.

Matthew Hough, Controller
Matt Hough manages the company’s accounting function, including general ledger and financial reporting. Born in the United Kingdom, Matt worked as a public accountant and auditor prior to moving to the United States in 2011, when he joined Pemco as a staff account. During his time at Pemco, Matt has assumed the role of Senior Accountant and Assistant Controller before being appointed Corporate Controller in 2015. Matt has nearly 20 years of experience and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
