PEMCO has performed more than 300 aircraft conversions over the past 40 years, including Passenger-to-Freighter and QC modifications on twenty different models of aircraft. To date, we have completed and delivered almost one hundred 737-300 conversions to over thirty-five customers/operators across the globe.
737-300 CARGO MODIFICATIONS
PEMCO's 737 Cargo Modifications are the world's only designed certified and supported using genuine Boeing data obtained on a Boeing Data licensing agreement to ensure maximum performance and reliability.
737-400 CARGO MODIFICATIONS
PEMCO led the way again by being the first to market with the 737-400 conversion. With its increased payload and volume capabilities, the 400 may be the most desirable sub-30 ton freighter yet. In response to increasing market demand, PEMCO offers three distinct options – a full-freighter, a Combi with passenger capacity of 72 seats and, an 11-position high yield freighter. The 400 design includes all the latest design enhancements and upgrades, plus increased high wind and wet weather capability, and increased pallet position weights. And, for the first time ever in a converted freighter, PEMCO’s 400 conversions have an unrivaled initial inspection threshold of 20,000 cycles following modification.
